Kitz SCT provides a UHP Vacuum Isolation Valve with slow by-pass. Providing excellent performance with high conductance, sizes from KF 25 to KF 100, uses a 304 Stainless Steel body, 316L bellows, and unique internal and external heating for uniform temperature. Available in pneumatic or manual and options for Open/Close Sensor.
