Kitz SCT offers our UHP Heated Vacuum Isolation Valves with maximum heat range to 180 Celsius. It's features provide excellent performance with high conductance, sizes from KF 25 to KF 100, uses a 304 Stainless Steel body, 316L bellows, and unique internal and external heating for uniform temperature. Available in pneumatic or manual actuation and options for Open/Close Sensor.
